Executive Director, EEC Development Fund

• Bachelor degree from domestic or international educational institutions certified by OCSC
• At least 5 years of experience in fund management, finance, or any related field
• Ability to apply modern management approaches to implement policies outlined by the Fund Management Committee
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Possess vision and creativity in development and have strategic management skills
• Having experience in financial management or fund management will be an advantage

• Manage fund in accordance with regulations, rules, policies, and announcements from the Fund Management Committee
• Engage in the compilation, study, and analysis for the purpose of presenting the criteria, strategic management guidelines and fund operation plans
• Develop and drive the policies into action, in accordance with the fund's objectives
• Monitor and evaluate fund performance
• Prepare Corporate Social Responsibility plan and Integrated Community Relations Action Plan
• Promote awareness and social/community-centric responsibilities among officers
• Create awareness and good relationships with the communities, local government, educational institutions, media and other related agencies
